<p>Role Purpose :</p>

<p>The primary objective of this role is to manage the various teams within the Human Capital department, including Talent<br>Acquisition, People and Culture, and Training and Development. Each team is led by a Head of Function who requires<br>daily guidance, monthly goals, and quarterly achievement targets.<br></p>

<p>Key Responsibilities :</p>

<ul>
<li> Talent Acquisition: Ensuring all hiring targets and total headcount requirements are met.</li>
<li>People and Culture: Managing the onboarding process and maintaining a consistent corporate culture across all<br>locations. This includes overseeing operational policies such as attendance, vacations, sick leave, and loans, while<br>executing our monthly and yearly events plan.</li>
<li>Training and Development: Overseeing team performance and implementing various training methods to support<br>professional growth. This also involves managing the company’s monthly and quarterly review cycles.</li>

<p>Qualification ( No Compromise ) :</p>
<p><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred).</li>
<li>10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role within FMCG, manufacturing, food production, or a multinational organization.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading the full Human Capital function, including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Workforce Planning.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of organizational design, succession planning, talent management, competency frameworks, and leadership development.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in leading HR transformation, digital HR initiatives, change management, and continuous improvement projects.</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of labor law, HR governance, compliance, and HR policies.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen with the ability to align Human Capital strategies with organizational objectives.</li>
<li>Experience developing and monitoring HR KPIs, dashboards, budgets, and workforce analytics.</li>
<li>Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, coaching, and decision-making skills.</li>
<li>Must own a car </li>
<li>Age to be from 35- 45</li>
