GovCIO is currently hiring for a DRSN Engineer/Administrator to supportan upcoming award/contract. This position will be located in the United States and will be fully onsite position.
Responsibilities
Provides technical leadership for major IT field support services in classified settings, establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives
Directs and controls all field support activities providing 24x7x365 DRSN operations, maintenance, and administration at FC
Supports DRSN ATO maintenance
Provides on-site DRSN support to external locati
ons as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's with 6 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
6 years experience in IT support
Security+ certification and DRSN experience
Possesses expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, enabling the management and direction of complex service request fulfillment and network/computer systems administration across multiple operating systems
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in mobile device support, intricate desk-side tasks, and deployment strategies
Possesses the ability to provide comprehensive IT support for staff at International locations
Exhibits leadership in evaluating service performance, actively managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution, system optimization, and recommending significant changes for overall service delivery
Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI clearnace
