<p>United Vein &amp; Vascular Centers is seeking an experienced <strong>Nurse Practitioner (NP)</strong> or <strong>Physician Assistant (PA)</strong> to join our growing team in Northern Colorado. We offer flexible scheduling and multiple clinic location options based on provider availability and business needs.</p>

<p><strong>Full-Time Opportunities</strong></p>

<p><strong>Option 1: Longmont &amp; Thornton</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Primarily based in Longmont and Thornton</li>

<li>Occasional coverage in Fort Collins (typically no more than twice monthly)</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Option 2: All Three Clinics</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Approximately 2 days per week in Longmont</li>

<li>2 days per week in Thornton</li>

<li>1 day per week in Fort Collins</li>

<p>Specific clinic assignments and workdays will be determined in collaboration with the hiring team. Candidates are encouraged to share their location preferences and weekly availability.</p>

<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>

<p>This is a <strong>100% outpatient, office-based, non-procedural role</strong> focused on consultation, evaluation, and ongoing management of patients with vascular disease. Providers will care for patients with conditions including:</p>

<ul>

<li>Venous insufficiency</li>

<li>Peripheral arterial disease (PAD)</li>

<li>Pelvic congestion syndrome</li>

<li>Other vascular disorders</li>

</ul>

<p>The APP will work closely with our vascular physicians while practicing independently within their scope once fully trained. Previous vascular, vein, or wound care experience is preferred.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with vascular conditions.</li>

<li>Develop individualized treatment and care plans.</li>

<li>Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care.</li>

<li>Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.</li>

<li>Address patient questions, follow-up concerns, and urgent clinical needs.</li>

<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.</li>

<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as an NP or PA in an inpatient, outpatient, or surgical setting</li>

<li>Vascular experience required</li>

<li>Procedural experience preferred but not required</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Education &amp; Licensure</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program</li>

<li>Active Colorado NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)</li>

<li>National certification:</li>

<ul>

<li>NP: AANP or ANCC</li>

<li>PA: NCCPA</li>

</ul>

<li>Current BLS and ACLS certifications</li>

<li>DEA registration (or ability to obtain)</li>
