Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist dentists with patient care, including chairside assistance and preparation of dental materials.</li>

<li>Take and develop dental X-rays as required.</li>

<li>Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.</li>

<li>Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, following infection control protocols.</li>

<li>Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record system.</li>

<li>Work closely with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.</li>

Requirements:

<li>High school diploma or GED required, along with completion of an accredited dental assisting course</li>

<li>Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credential</li>

<li>DANB certification or equivalent state jurisprudence qualification for specified task</li>

<li>Current CPR (BLS) certification</li>

<li>Proficiency in oral and written communication in English</li>
