<h2>The Opportunity</h2>
<p><strong>Eligibility:</strong> Applicants <strong><u>must</u></strong> be Australian citizens and be eligible to obtain and maintain an active Australian Government Defence security clearance at the level required for the position.</p><p>This role is responsible for analysing, developing and optimising maintenance and logistics support requirements for the <strong>UH-60M Black Hawk fleet</strong>. Working within a Defence sustainment environment, the incumbent ensures maintenance programs, logistics support data, engineering reviews and aircraft maintenance policies are compliant, effective and aligned with Defence regulations and airworthiness requirements.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul><li>Conduct <strong>Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)</strong> and manage the <strong>Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR)</strong>.</li><li>Analyse and optimise maintenance requirements, maintenance intervals, spares support and engineering data.</li><li>Apply <strong>Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)</strong> and <strong>Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)</strong> methodologies.</li><li>Review and amend <strong>Technical Maintenance Plans (TMPs)</strong> and maintenance policy documentation.</li><li>Assess and provide recommendations on <strong>Maintenance Interval Extension Requests (MIERs)</strong>.</li><li>Maintain the integrity of aircraft maintenance data within <strong>CAMM2</strong> and other Defence systems.</li><li>Develop and issue <strong>Maintenance Policy Amendment Notifications (MPANs)</strong>.</li><li>Support the <strong>UH-60M Reliability Program</strong> through data analysis and continuous improvement activities.</li><li>Provide <strong>Subject Matter Expert (SME)</strong> advice to Defence stakeholders, sustainment teams, and Continuing Airworthiness organisations.</li><li>Support amendments to the <strong>Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP)</strong> in accordance with <strong>DASR Part M</strong> requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Aircraft maintenance engineering qualification (Cert IV in Aeroskills or higher, or equivalent experience).</li><li>MRD Practitioner qualification or equivalent.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Defence maintenance and logistics systems including <strong>eMRD, CAMM2, OmegaPS, NetMAARS, MILIS, FEDLOG and PUBLOG</strong>.</li><li>Ability to analyse complex maintenance, reliability and logistics data.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and technical communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>An experienced <strong>maintenance engineering or logistics support professional</strong> with Defence aviation sustainment expertise, capable of translating complex engineering and reliability data into effective maintenance policies, logistics solutions and airworthiness outcomes for the UH-60M Black Hawk program.</p><h2>About Lockheed Martin</h2>
