Clinical Excellence Regional Director

<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p>As a Clinical Excellence Regional Director, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping our providers understand clinic and business issues by providing insights and supporting a clear strategy to succeed while providing world class patient care. You will serve as a partner to all functional areas working closely to develop competitive strategies that are aligned with TVG-Medulla’s mission and P3 values to drive overall regional performance. You will be accountable for the P and L of your clinics as measured based on key metrics and outcomes.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>Strategic Leadership</strong></p><p>· Prioritize and address top revenue growth priorities, ie. D1s, conversions, buy rate and retention rates at clinic level.</p><p><strong>Talent Management</strong></p><p>· Execute recruiting strategies for all clinic-related positions across your region in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.</p><p>· Work to coach and develop both Clinic Technicians (CTs) and Clinic Directors (CDs) to optimize the patient experience and deliver upon Clinical Excellence Goals.</p><p>· Own Talent Development and succession pipeline within your region to support the overall organization.</p><p><strong>Culture &amp; Organizational Development</strong></p><p>· Lead team member engagement initiatives and survey action planning.</p><p>· Execute leadership training and professional development programs.</p><p>· Drive diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.</p><p><strong>Clinical Excellence</strong></p><p>· Participate in developing and executing strategic operating plans</p><p>· Drive and optimize Clinical Excellence outcomes within your span of control</p><p>· Review, analyze and address gaps in the service experience, billing experience and growth of the clinics within your span of control</p>

<p><strong>Required</strong></p><p>· Excellent communication skills</p><p>· Experience in the ability to influence and lead through multi-unit organizations</p><p>· Multi-tasking skills and engaging with your team</p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><p>· Bachelor's degree in or applicable multi-unit leadership experience</p><p>· Minimum 5 years in P&amp;L accountabilities and leadership</p><p>· Demonstrated experience supporting high-growth organizations</p><p>· Proven success leading organizational change and scaling field operations</p>
