<p><strong>Patriot Advanced Capability - 3 (PAC-3</strong>) is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Systems Engineer - Seeker Testing</strong> to define seeker level testing and interfaces on the Seeker Integrated Product Team (IPT) across its production, capacity expansion, and development programs in <strong>Huntsville, AL</strong></p>

<p>The PAC-3 program is an air-defense, missile system designed to counter tactical ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and advanced aircraft where Boeing is the original engineering manufacturer of the seeker. Boeing’s seekers provide active data to the PAC-3 missile which enables it to acquire, intercept and destroy threats using hit-to-kill technology. The PAC-3 Seeker team is a cross functional, highly skilled, motivated group embracing the beliefs that focused safety, execution, LEAN manufacturing and business practices will secure our future and well-being, driving our product to be the seeker of choice for the PAC-3 program and future generations of weapon systems. The successful candidate will partner with production and test engineers to define the requirements and interfaces required to test the seeker system in our factory chambers, ensuring technical excellence and integration of the PAC-3 Seeker.</p>

<p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>

<p>Derive test requirements from system level seeker requirements</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Development of test methodologies and interfaces, including hardware and software</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to define and implement systems engineering processes and best practices</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Develop and maintain system requirements, interface control documents, and verification and validation plans to ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Oversee the integration of hardware and software components in a test environment, ensuring seamless operation and performance of the RF seeker system</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Support production and capacity expansion initiatives by providing technical guidance and resolving engineering challenges</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders, including program management and engineering leadership</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems engineering and RF seeker technologies</p>

</li>

</ul>

<p>This position is expected to be 100% onsite. &nbsp;The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.</p>

<p><strong>This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).</strong>(A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)</p>

<p><strong>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>

<p>Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering relating to test requirement and interface definition</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Model-Based Systems Engineering)</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Proficiency in systems integration and testing processes</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Familiarity with production processes, capacity expansion, and development programs in the aerospace and defense industry</p>

</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>

<p>3+ years of experience working on RF seeker systems or related technologies</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Experience with the development of Test Equipment</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Bachelor/Masters of Electrical Engineering or related Radar coursework</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Experience verifying and validating formal test equipment.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Experience supporting program milestones in the gating process (SRR, PDR, CDR, FCA, etc.)</p>

</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Relocation:</strong></p>

<p>Summary pay range: $136,850 - $185,150</p>
