Associate Dentist

<p>We are seeking a clinically strong, performance-oriented Associate Dentist to join a de novo practice with an aggressive growth strategy and strong new-patient acquisition. This role is best suited for a dentist who understands the realities of a de novo ramp-up and is motivated by long-term upside rather than short-term guarantees. &nbsp; Compensation &amp; Growth</p>

<li>25% of collections</li>

<li>No income cap</li>

<li>$800/day guaranteed for the first 3 months during ramp-up</li>

<li>Patient volume will build progressively; earnings scale directly with clinical productivity<br></li>

<p>Clinical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)</p>

<li>Proficiency in molar root canals</li>

<li>Ability to perform simple and surgical extractions</li>

<li>Efficient diagnosis and comprehensive treatment planning</li>

<p>Schedule Commitment</p>

<li>Weekends</li>

<li>11-hour shifts</li>

<li>Includes evenings (up to 7pm) and weekends</li>

<li>Extended hours are essential to our access-driven model</li>
