<p>Purpose of Role</p>

<p>The Environmental Health &amp; Safety Advisor is responsible for establishing, developing and directing the implementation of the HS&amp;E strategy on Projects while ensuring that a Positive Safety Culture is maintained, and that Flynn are established as industry leaders in relation to Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.</p>

<p>Role Responsibilities<br></p>

<ul>

<li>Health &amp; Safety Guidance:&nbsp;Implement Flynn’s EHS policies and provide guidance on all health and safety matters.</li>

<li>Policies, Procedures &amp; Documentation:&nbsp; Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining EHS documentation.</li>

<li>Inspections, Audits &amp; Reporting Conduct site inspections and audits and prepare reports.</li>

<li>Risk Management &amp; Incident Reporting: Complete risk assessments and ensure incidents and accidents are investigated.</li>

<li>Training &amp; Communication: Identify training needs and deliver EHS training sessions.</li>

<li>Subcontractor &amp; Stakeholder Management: Ensure subcontractor compliance with EHS standards</li>

<p>The Candidate<br></p>

<ul>

<li>Third level qualification in EHS or a related discipline.</li>

<li>3+ years’ experience working on large scale commercial/construction projects.</li>

<li>Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li>

<li>Conscientious, highly focused and detail orientated.</li>

<li>Self-starter and the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.</li>

<li>Full clean driver’s license preferable.</li>

<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
