Floor Technicians - Full Time Evenings

<p>We are looking for dedicated Full Time employees to join our team.&nbsp; And to grow and learn all aspects of facilities maintenance and cleaning services. This includes but is not limited to:&nbsp;</p><p>Floor Care (stripping, mopping, waxing, buffing all types of floors)&nbsp;</p><p>Carpet Cleaning, Pressure washing, Window washing, for commercial, medical, industrial and educational facilities.&nbsp;</p><p>You will lean how to operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, and organized work environment.&nbsp;</p><p>Monday thru Friday, some weekends and even occasional overnight travel.&nbsp;</p><p>Pay ranges from $17.00hr.&nbsp; - $25.00hr. depending on the level of experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>IMMEDIATE HIRE!!!</strong></p>

<p>Valid driver's licnse and proof of car insurance, Reliable personal transportation, ability to pass a criminal background check, Physical stamina a perform various cleaning tasks for extended periods.&nbsp; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.&nbsp;</p><p>Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in facilities management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Flexibility to work evening shifts (typically 5pm-2am or later)&nbsp; and occasional weekends.&nbsp; Some overnight travel may be warrented as well.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
