UX Designer

You will take an active role in shaping our design culture and the future of thousands of people’s financial happiness. We have implemented server-driven UI (before Airbnb made it popular!) to ensure we can deploy across all platforms quickly with our ever-improving feature list.</p><p>You care about helping make a real difference in people's financial lives and are genuinely curious and effective in building complex, scalable systems. You have the unique opportunity to build and scale our core products.</p><p><strong>What can you expect:</strong></p><p>Simply put, as a strong product designer you will help us design great looking and intuitive products. Your main task will be to work with Dimply’s awesome engineering team to design customer-centric products.</p><p>Other responsibilities may also include:</p><ul><li>Understand product specifications and user psychology</li><li>Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success</li><li>Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs</li><li>Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)</li><li>Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers</li><li>Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends</li><li>Create overall concepts for the user experience within our products</li><li>Analyze customer responses and product data to determine what visuals perform better than others</li><li>Design the aesthetics to be implemented within our product, from the layouts and grips to buttons and iconography</li></ul>

<p><strong>What can make you successful in the role</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a UX Designer,&nbsp;UI Designer&nbsp;or similar role</li><li>Strong multi-platform portfolio of professional UX/UI design.</li><li>Experience with product design software as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or InVision Studio.</li><li>Experience in design thinking methods.</li><li>Exceptional creativity, originality and attention to detail.</li><li>Creative problem-solving skills to find solutions to complex product problems.</li><li>Strong portfolio of design projects</li><li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus</li><li>Problem-solving aptitude</li><li>Analytical mind with a business acumen</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>
