<p>We are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a highly motivated and effective&nbsp;Junior&nbsp;Business Analyst to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) Business Management Support Services contract. The&nbsp;Junior&nbsp;Business Analyst will&nbsp;support data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation efforts to&nbsp;assist&nbsp;senior analysts and leadership in operational and strategic decision-making.&nbsp;This role requires&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software to deliver actionable findings to stakeholders.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Collect,&nbsp;validate, and analyze program and operational data.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Support preparation of reports, charts, dashboards, and briefings.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Assist&nbsp;with process mapping,&nbsp;metrics&nbsp;tracking, and documentation.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Provide research and administrative support for studies and assessments.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Support executive presentations and recurring performance reports.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any general business degree field.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>1–3 years of relevant analytical or administrative experience.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and&nbsp;identify&nbsp;patterns.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Proficiency&nbsp;in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying findings to stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li>Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;root causes and develop effective solutions.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li>Understanding of&nbsp;business operations, financial principles, and industry dynamics.&nbsp;</li>
