<p>What You'll Do</p>

<p>As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you'll help create a loving and engaging classroom where babies can feel safe, develop important skills, and enjoy learning through everyday experiences.</p>

<p>You'll:</p>

<ul>

<li>Assist the Lead Teacher with the daily care and supervision of infants and toddlers</li>

<li>Build positive, caring relationships with children</li>

<li>Engage children through music, books, sensory activities, movement, and play</li>

<li>Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development</li>

<li>Help maintain consistent routines for feeding, naps, and classroom activities</li>

<li>Prepare bottles and follow proper feeding, food storage, and sanitation procedures</li>

<li>Change diapers and support age-appropriate toileting routines</li>

<li>Closely supervise children and help maintain a safe classroom</li>

<li>Document daily activities and share updates with families through the center's communication app</li>

<li>Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and learning experiences</li>

<li>Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming</li>

<p>What We're Looking For</p>

<p>You don't need years of experience to join our team. We're looking for someone who is:</p>

<ul>

<li>At least 16 years old</li>

<li>Caring, patient, and dependable</li>

<li>Interested in infant development and early childhood education</li>

<li>Comfortable working as part of a team</li>

<li>Organized and attentive to children's needs</li>

<li>A positive communicator</li>

<li>Willing to learn and complete required Montana licensing training</li>

<li>CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)</li>

</ul>
