<p>We are looking for a<strong> Sales Assistant </strong>to support the SVP and Sales team in executing sales plans for specialty retail and brand customers, focusing on enhancing relationships and driving repeat business. The position involves working with the Key Account Manager to support annual sales strategies, implementing sales policies, and coordinating communication to align with the sales plan and budget. Additionally, the role includes recommending sales strategies based on market research, performing administrative duties, and ensuring&nbsp;optimal&nbsp;customer service in collaboration with Marketing, Planning, and Operations teams. Ideal candidates will have a passion for beauty, strong problem-solving&nbsp;and organizational skills, and&nbsp;possess&nbsp;a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Strong&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;in Excel, high attention to&nbsp;detail&nbsp;and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment are essential.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Sales Assistant reports into the Key Account Manager Sales. The role is based in NYC and you will be expected in office a 3 days a week, at minimum per Company policy.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Working closely with Key Account Manager - Sales and team, supports the annual sales plan within the organizational strategy and&nbsp;objectives.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Assists&nbsp;with implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Ensures communications are coordinated and support sales plan&nbsp;objectives&nbsp;and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with CMO.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Recommends&nbsp;sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Performs other related duties as assigned, including managing messenger/fed ex/ reports as requested and other sundry duties&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Work closely with Marketing/Planning/Operations to ensure&nbsp;optimum&nbsp;customer service&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<li>1-2+ years of experience supporting a&nbsp;Sales&nbsp;organization&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li>Thrive in an entrepreneurial,&nbsp;fast moving&nbsp;environment.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field.&nbsp;</li>
