<p>We are seeking a talented <strong>Senior Dispute Resolution Counsel </strong>to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will independently manage and directly handle complex dispute matters and contribute to our firm's commitment to professional excellence and integrity.</p>
<p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Directly oversee and manage high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional disputes, including:</li>
</ul>

<li>Сommercial litigation (e.g., breach of rental agreements, breach of contract for defective equipment)</li>
<li>International arbitration (e.g., cases involving fraudulent misrepresentation and damages recovery)</li>
<li>Financial recovery cases involving frozen balances, unauthorized transactions, or overpaid funds</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in various jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK)</li>
<li>Independently manage and direct all phases of litigation, including high-value discovery, depositions, and trial preparation</li>
<li>Coordinating local counsels</li>
<li>Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies</li>
<li>Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation</li>
<li>Develop and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessible</li>
<li>Prepare legal memoranda and briefs on various legal issues</li>
<li>Conduct document reviews and manage e-discovery processes</li>
<li>Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings</li>
<li>Maintain and update case management systems and litigation calendars</li>
<li>Collaborate with expert witnesses and other professionals to build strong cases</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of litigation strategies and case theories</li>
<li>Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and court decisions affecting our practice areas</li>
<li>Contribute to the firm's knowledge management initiatives by creating and maintaining legal templates and research databases</li>
<li>Assist in preparing internal communications and status reports</li>
<li>Participate in various operational activities, including drafting proposals and assisting with client presentations</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHAT WE'LL LOOK FOR IN YOU</strong><strong>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education and Qualifications:</strong><br>
<ul>
<li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school</li>
<li>Admission to practice law</li>
<li>7 - 10 years of litigation or dispute resolution experience in a law firm or corporate legal department</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Essential Skills and Abilities:</strong><br>
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and legal research skills, with proficiency in using legal databases</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents</li>
<li>Solid understanding of civil procedure, rules of evidence, and local court rules</li>
<li>Proficiency in e-discovery platforms and litigation support software</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with internal clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel</li>
<li>Practical knowledge of google workspace, Notion and LLMs</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>NICE-TO-HAVE:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in commercial litigation</li>
<li>Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution processes</li>
<li>Experience with case management software and legal project management tools</li>
<li>Knowledge of legal technology and its application in litigation practice</li>
<li>Prior experience in document review and management of e-discovery processes</li>
<li>Willingness to travel as needed for court appearances, depositions, or external counsel meetings</li>
<li>Flexibility to work extended hours when required by case demands</li>
<li>Commitment to ongoing legal education and staying current with relevant laws and regulations</li>
