<p>About the Role</p>

<p>Are you an ambitious developer looking to make a measurable impact on a rapidly growing global platform? Epos Now is expanding! We are looking for a driven Software Engineer to join our core Engineering department right here in Norwich</p>

<p>This is an incremental growth role where you will take direct ownership of a high-profile initiative: the Delivery of our brand-new Embedded Accountancy project. You will be working on building seamless data pipelines, handling transactional ledger logic, and integrating financial architectures deeply into our cloud-based ecosystem.</p>

<p>What You’ll Be Doing (Key Performance Indicators):</p>

<ul>

<li>Project Delivery: Actively design, develop, and push the features required to successfully launch and scale our Embedded Accountancy platform</li>

<li>System Design: Write clean, modular, and testable code while maintaining efficient database communication.</li>

<li>Collaboration: Join internal technical discussions, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and learn from senior engineers to expand your skills.<br></li>

<p>What We Are Looking For:</p>

<ul>

<li>Technical Foundations: Commercial experience or a strong academic background writing clean code (experience with backend logic, database structures, or complex data manipulation is highly preferred).</li>

<li>Problem Solvers: Someone who enjoys structural data challenges, third-party API integrations, or financial/ledger workflows.</li>

<li>Proximity: Ability to work out of our Norwich Head Office (Unit 7)<br><br></li>
