Marketing Assistant

<p>We (CCT) are seeking to employ a Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will support our company's Marketing Team with its primary and administrative duties.&nbsp; This role assists with campaigns, content creation, social media management, project coordination, events, reporting, and brand execution across digital, broadcast, print, and on-ground platforms. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing Team and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.</p>

<p>Qualifications and Education Requirements:</p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>&nbsp;2+ years of work experience in a similar work environment</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Valid VI Driver’s Licence</li>

<li>Digital marketing experience</li>

<li>A high level of attention to detail.</li>

<li>Good understanding of office management and marketing principles</li>

<li>Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines</li>

<li>Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach</li>

<li>Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases</li>

<li>Sound working knowledge of current social media and digital marketing platforms</li>

<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)</li>

<li>Excellent communication and people skills</li>
