Counter Sales

<ul><li>Greet customers and be the face of the company</li><li>Be proactive in driving new sales</li><li>Generate leads to increase customer base</li><li>Assess customer needs and consistently provide the best product options in order to build relationships with customers</li><li>Remain knowledgeable on all product lines offered by keeping up with current training</li><li>Answer incoming calls and provide timely answers to customer inquiries</li><li>Assist with all inventory control procedures</li><li>Maintain proper presentation and inventory of floor product</li><li>Utilize vendor specific software</li><li>Special projects as required</li><li>Ability to work as part of team</li></ul>

<ul><li>Customer service experience</li><li>Sales experience</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>"Whatever it takes” attitude and approach to work.</li><li>Possess selfless team player approach.</li><li>Flexibility – ability to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast paced environment.</li><li>Time management – strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Majority of job (90%+) will be done in a store front environment, during regular hours of operation.</li><li>Consistent standing/walking for hours at a time.</li><li>Consistent use of computer, keyboard and mouse.</li><li>Must be able to lift 10+ pounds on a regular and consistent basis.</li></ul>
