CNC Mill Set-up and Operator - Night Shift

<p>We currently hiring for our day and night shift. Our shifts offer a great balance of work and family time. Employees on days work Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and employees on nights work from 4:30 pm- 3:00 am. Depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays.</p>

<p>Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Some general job duties for this position include but are not limited to:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Inspect tooling and load into machine</li>

<li>Determine work holding if not specified</li>

<li>Touch off tooling</li>

<li>Pick-up work offsets</li>

<li>Run part though and make adjustments as needed</li>

<li>Understanding of Feeds and Speeds ability to adjust if needed</li>

<li>Basic program editing skills</li>

<li>Blueprint Reading</li>

<li>Use of inspection equipment</li>

<li>Familiarity with Okuma, Fanuc and Mitsubishi controllers</li>

<li>Work with little to no supervision</li>
