Victim Notification Team Lead

<p>The Team Lead is responsible for the supervisory oversight of VNS, VOSS, and CENP Victim Notification Analysts supporting the FBI Victim Services Division (VSD). The position requires a strong understanding of federal victim notification programs, personnel management, quality assurance, and program-level reporting, and must be able to work independently with minimal Government oversight while ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely support across all VSD notification programs. <strong>Top-Secret </strong>clearance is required.</p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> FBI Headquarters, Washington, DC</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Oversee VNS, VOSS, and CENP analysts in a supervisory capacity<br></li>

<li>Oversee the processing of victim contact information and case documentation<br></li>

<li>Validate and verify case files in multiple case management systems<br></li>

<li>Perform quality assurance and report generation when directed<br></li>

<li>Work with CENP/VOSS/VNS program managers to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)<br></li>

<li>Provide robust and comprehensive training for new analysts<br></li>

<li>Provide timely feedback, quality control reviews, and remedial training to correct deficiencies and ensure compliance with program standards<br></li>

<li>Review daily logs of data imports and facilitate corrective actions as needed<br></li>

<li>Approve data within systems as needed to ensure accuracy and appropriate data transfer<br></li>

<li>Identify and recommend opportunities for strategic process enhancements<br></li>

<li>Oversee day-to-day scheduling and ensure effective regional coverage plans<br></li>

<li>Ensure the team operates cohesively and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction<br></li>

<li>Hold regular team meetings to ensure staff compliance with customer policies and procedures<br></li>

<li>Communicate vacancy coverage plans and backfilling updates to program management</li>

</ul>

<h3>Requirements:</h3>

<ul>

<li>U.S. Citizenship required</li>

<li>Active Top Secret security clearance (required at time of proposal submission)<br></li>

<li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (four years of relevant professional experience may substitute)<br></li>

<li>Minimum of two years of experience in a professional work environment<br></li>

<li>One year of experience using MS Word and MS Outlook<br></li>

<li>One year of experience using MS Excel, including spreadsheet creation, data entry/auto-fill, sorting/filtering/freezing panes, worksheet management, Text-to-Columns, and the Concatenate function<br></li>

<li>One year of experience using MS SharePoint in a professional work environment<br></li>

<li>Program and project management experience<br></li>

<li>Experience preparing and delivering formal presentations to a wide audience<br></li>

<li>At least one year of experience managing personnel<br></li>

<li>Experience producing written documentation, including procedures and instructions<br></li>

<li>Experience managing, tracking, prioritizing, and scheduling multiple projects simultaneously and to short deadlines<br></li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal oversight<br></li>

<li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey program details, analysis, and recommendations to personnel and all levels of management&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience and proficiency building and updating Microsoft SharePoint sites in a professional work environment</li>

<li>Prior experience supporting federal law enforcement, victim services, or a comparable case-management environment</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Salary range:</strong> $80,000 - 100,000 annually</p>
