<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<p>We are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a highly motivated and effective Program Manager to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) Business Management Support Services contract. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and the Government, organizing, directing, and managing all technical aspects of contract deliverables. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure successful execution of multiple complex and inter-related project tasks.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Organize, direct, manage, and review technical aspects of deliverables involving multiple complex and&nbsp;inter-related&nbsp;project tasks.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Maintain and&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;lines of communication across the client interface, at the senior levels of the client’s organization, and with company partnerships.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Provide assistance to&nbsp;the organization in developing mission and vision statements and&nbsp;subsequent&nbsp;goal delineation.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Work with assigned personnel to provide guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Support capital outlay planning efforts and prioritize initiatives to meet strategic goals.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison between the Government and contractor team to ensure alignment on project&nbsp;objectives&nbsp;and timelines.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, journalism, communication, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Minimum experience: Three (3) years of program management experience working with DoD military and/or civilian customers.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, and manage complex multi-task projects.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with&nbsp;experience&nbsp;engaging senior-level stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience developing mission and vision statements, operational plans, and measurable outcomes.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Familiarity with capital outlay planning and strategic goal prioritization.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>
