<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for Service Technicians, managing communication between customers, technicians, and internal team members to keep everyone informed and on track</li>

<li>Support ongoing customer needs by maintaining preventative maintenance contracts, coordinating repair estimates, ordering parts, scheduling work, and processing customer billing</li>

<li>Maintain customer documentation in compliance with ammonia refrigeration regulations based on geographic requirements</li>

<li>Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and professional team environment</li>

<p><strong>Role Structure:</strong></p>

<p>You'll be primarily focused in one of three areas while cross-trained to support all functions as business needs arise:</p>

<li><strong>Tech Dispatch / Customer Interaction</strong></li>

<li><strong>Service Quotes</strong></li>

<li><strong>Parts Ordering &amp; Inventory</strong></li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Compensation:</strong>&nbsp;$50,000 – $60,000 annually</p>

<p><strong>Schedule:</strong>&nbsp;Monday–Friday, standard business hours, with some on-call availability.</p>
