IT Support Engineer

<p>About the Role</p>

<p>Market Securities is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our growing global IT team. Based in our Madrid office, you will provide day-to-day IT support for local users while working closely with colleagues across our international offices.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>

<ul>

<li>Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for hardware, software and Microsoft 365. </li>

<li>Configure and support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops and mobile devices. </li>

<li>Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. </li>

<li>Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint. </li>

<li>Enrol and manage devices using Microsoft Intune. </li>

<li>Troubleshoot printers, meeting room equipment and network connectivity issues. </li>

<li>Log and resolve incidents using the IT Service Desk platform. </li>

<li>Assist with IT projects and office technology deployments. </li>

</ul>

<p>Requirements</p>

<ul>

<li>2–3 years' experience in IT Support. </li>

<li>Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365. </li>

<li>Basic experience with Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune. </li>

<li>Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). </li>

<li>Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. </li>

<li>Fluent English and Spanish. </li>
