<p>What You’ll Do:<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, estates, and trusts<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Plan, prepare, and review tax returns<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Meet directly with clients to cultivate strong, lasting relationships<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Deliver a variety of non-attest services<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Oversee and mentor staff, helping to develop future leaders within the firm</p>

<p>What&nbsp;You’ll Need:</p>

<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Active CPA license is a plus—but not required<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;2-4 years of audit or tax experience in public accounting.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee multiple engagements<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Confidence in explaining complex financial concepts to clients from all backgrounds<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Farm tax experience is a plus—but not required</p>
