<p>Overview of the role&nbsp;</p>

<p>Safely transport products to our customers and/delivery hubs ensuring deliveries arrive&nbsp;in a timely manner&nbsp;whilst adhering to traffic regulations.&nbsp;&nbsp;You will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;loading/unloading products to the van, planning efficient routes, conducting vehicle maintenance&nbsp;checks&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;delivery records.&nbsp;&nbsp;You will have strong customer service skills as you will be delivering directly to customer premises.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Deliveries:&nbsp;Transport goods from Elmbridge site to other depots or to customer site.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Loading / Unloading:&nbsp;Load the van efficiently in&nbsp;order of delivery and unload items at&nbsp;customer premises.&nbsp;&nbsp;Safe handling and lifting should be applied as items may weigh&nbsp;up to&nbsp;25&nbsp;kg.&nbsp;</li>

<ul>

<li>Route Planning:&nbsp;Use GPS&nbsp;navigation to&nbsp;determine&nbsp;the most efficient,&nbsp;timely&nbsp;routes while considering traffic and road conditions.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Documentation:&nbsp;Maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;records, including fuel usage, mileage, delivery logs, and, in some cases customer signature, invoices or return notes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Vehicle Maintenance:&nbsp;Perform pre-departure checks (oil, gas, water) and ensure the vehicle is clean and&nbsp;operating&nbsp;safely.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Customer&nbsp;Service:&nbsp;Represent the company professionally, interacting with clients to answer questions or handle enquiries.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Warehouse Support:&nbsp;Support warehouse operations when not undertaking delivery duties, including but not limited to goods-in, picking, packing, stock movement, loading vehicles,&nbsp;housekeeping&nbsp;or other&nbsp;reasonable&nbsp;duties.&nbsp;</li>
