<p>What You'll Do</p>

<p>As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you'll help create a classroom where toddlers feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.</p>

<p>You'll:</p>

<ul>

<li>Assist with the daily care and supervision of toddlers</li>

<li>Build positive and trusting relationships with children</li>

<li>Encourage learning through play, music, storytelling, art, movement, and hands-on activities</li>

<li>Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development</li>

<li>Help children build confidence, independence, and positive relationships with peers</li>

<li>Assist with meals, naps, toileting, transitions, and other daily routines</li>

<li>Observe children's development and share important updates with families</li>

<li>Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and classroom team</li>

<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and healthy learning environment</li>

<li>Follow all health, safety, and Montana licensing requirements</li>

<p>What We're Looking For</p>

<p>You don't need previous childcare experience. We're looking for someone who is:</p>

<li>Passionate about working with toddlers</li>

<li>Patient, dependable, caring, and positive</li>

<li>Comfortable working as part of a team</li>

<li>A strong communicator</li>

<li>Able to guide children with kindness and consistency</li>

<li>Interested in early childhood development</li>

<li>Willing to learn and complete all required Montana licensing training</li>

<li>CPR Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)</li>

</ul>
