Server / Barista (2 days per week)

<p>As a part of the Rose Bakery Front of House team, you will be offering outstanding service to&nbsp;our&nbsp;customers, processing coffee,&nbsp;food&nbsp;and drinks orders, carrying food and drinks from the kitchen to tables, preparing bills and processing payments. We are looking for a confident customer service focused individual&nbsp;who is barista trained&nbsp;to join our friendly team. &nbsp;</p>

<p>We are looking for part-time candidates with availability for 16 hours per week (including weekend availability).&nbsp;</p>

<p> Responsibilities&nbsp;</p>

<li>Preparing and serving consistently high-quality coffee and beverages</li>

<li>Serving customers drinks and food orders</li>

<li>Providing outstanding customer service at all times</li>

<li>Creating a warm and inviting environment for customers.</li>

<li>Work with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Maintaining a clean and organised working environment</li>

<li>Supporting daily operational tasks and team goals</li>

<li>Adhering to health and safety standards at all times</li>

<li>A team player, but who also has initiative.<br></li>

<li>Strong coffee-making skills and understanding of specialty coffee standards</li>

<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>

<li>A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure</li>

<li>Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a full-time rota</li>

<li>A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience</li>
