<p>Qualifications:</p>

<p><br></p>

<ul>

<li>We want people to join our team who are qualified, caring, ethical, honest and professional.</li>

<li>Current RN License in the state of CA&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ability to Create a Plan of Care by evaluation and assessment of patient’s condition&nbsp;and maintain continuity of services whenever needed to ensure good coordination of care.</li>

<li>Highly Motivated with Passion for working with the pediatric as well as senior population and the ability to blend healthcare and hospitality service philosophies.</li>

<li>Timely Documentation according to state, federal and organizational guidelines.</li>

<li>Dependable, Good communication and Organizational Skills.</li>

<li>Ability to work alone and as a team member.</li>

<li>Participation in Staff meetings, and In-Service Reviews.</li>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<p><br></p>

<ul>

<li>Active RN&nbsp;License in the state of CA.</li>

<li>Dependable Transportation, Current Driver’s License and auto Insurance.</li>

<li>Current CPR</li>

<li>Ability to perform the physical aspects of the position.</li>

<li>TB testing.</li>

</ul>

<p>Required experience:</p>

<p><br></p>

<ul>

<li>Home Health experience preferred but not necessary: 1 year</li>

<li>1 year experience in pediatrics is recommended</li>
