<h2>Standard Job Description</h2>

<ul><li>Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions.</li><li>These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping.</li><li>Over sees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.</li></ul><h2>Basic Qualifications</h2>

<ul><li>Candidates must possess at least 1+ years of relevant career experience in Material Logistics or warehosing for consideration.</li><li>Experience in data analytics</li><li>SAP operating systems experience a plus.</li><li>Experince in leading a team.&nbsp;</li></ul><h2>Desired Skills</h2>

<ul><li>Solid customer interface skills required.</li><li>Possess ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities and emergency situations&nbsp;</li><li>Must be self-motivated, able to function autonomously, well organized, detail oriented and efficient under pressure.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills</li><li>Experience with a represented or houly workforce</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p>Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00</p><p>At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.</li></ul>
