<p>What You'll Do</p>

<p>As an After School Teacher &amp; Driver, you'll help make children's afternoons safe, active, and enjoyable.</p>

<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<ul>

<li>Safely transport children from local schools to Discovery Kidzone and scheduled activities</li>

<li>Follow all required transportation and safety procedures</li>

<li>Supervise children and create a positive, supportive environment</li>

<li>Lead outdoor games, recreational activities, creative projects, and group experiences</li>

<li>Encourage teamwork, friendship, independence, and problem-solving</li>

<li>Keep children engaged through play, creativity, and exploration</li>

<li>Assist with snacks, restroom routines, transitions, and daily activities</li>

<li>Build positive relationships with children and families</li>

<li>Communicate professionally with families and fellow team members</li>

<li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment</li>

<li>Work with the team to ensure smooth daily program operations</li>

</ul>

<p>What We're Looking For</p>

<p>We're looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, responsible, and enjoys spending time with children.</p>

<p>You must:</p>

<ul>

<li>Be at least 21 years old</li>

<li>Have a valid driver's license</li>

<li>Have a clean driving record</li>

<li>Be comfortable driving a 14-passenger van or small bus</li>

<li>Enjoy working with school-age children</li>

<li>Be positive, patient, dependable, and responsible</li>

<li>Have strong communication and teamwork skills</li>

<li>Be able to remain calm and organized in a busy environment</li>

<li>Be comfortable participating in indoor and outdoor activities</li>

<li>Have CPR Certification or be willing to obtain it within 30 days of hire</li>

<li>Be willing to complete all required Montana licensing and training requirements</li>

</ul>
