The LPN assists with clinical procedures, patient assessments, medication administration, and coordination of care, ensuring a safe and efficient clinical environment. This role requires a compassionate approach tailored to the unique needs of individuals with behavioral health conditions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Clinical Support:</strong><ul><li>Assist clinicians during patient examinations and procedures.</li><li>Obtain and record vital signs, weight, and other relevant clinical data.</li><li>Administer medications and injections as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols.</li><li>Perform routine clinical tasks such as EKGs, blood draws, and specimen collection.</li><li>Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report concerns promptly.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Patient Care Coordination:</strong><ul><li>Triage patient concerns and communicate changes in condition to the clinical team.</li><li>Provide patient education on medication use, side effects, and self-care strategies.</li><li>Support patients in managing chronic behavioral health conditions.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Documentation and Compliance:</strong><ul><li>Accurately document clinical findings, procedures, and patient interactions in electronic health records (EHR).</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Clinic Operations:</strong><ul><li>Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and census management as needed.</li><li>Support front office functions during peak times or staff shortages.</li><li>Maintain clinical supplies and ensure proper storage of medications and equipment.</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul></ul>
