Workers' Compensation Attorney

<p><u>JOB OVERVIEW <br></u>Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. is currently recruiting a Lateral Attorney or an Associate Attorney with 2+ years’ experience in Workers’ Compensation who is looking to grow their practice and join an established team of respected attorneys with our Dayton, Ohio location.&nbsp; <br><br></p>

<p><u>ABOUT THIS POSITION</u><br>The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality, enjoy collaborating with coworkers and clients as a team player, and willingness to take on responsibilities as appropriate.&nbsp; Prior experience and familiarity in Workers’ Compensation law is required along with strong skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation.&nbsp; Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and representation.&nbsp; Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio.&nbsp; This job is a full-time, in office position in Dayton, Ohio with some work-from-home flexibility as needed.&nbsp; Coolidge Wall has a large secretarial and paralegal support staff to assist in making our attorneys highly productive.&nbsp;</p>
