<p>Dexis is recruiting a highly qualified&nbsp;<strong>Senior&nbsp;Program Manager</strong>&nbsp;to lead and coordinate professional services support for&nbsp;an opportunity with the&nbsp;<strong>Army</strong>&nbsp;focusing on operations analysis, modeling, simulation,&nbsp;tools&nbsp;and scenario development, wargaming, experimentation, technical reporting, and security and facility support.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Senior PM&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;ensuring all contract requirements, task orders, and performance standards are met across program locations, while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;effective coordination with the Government’s Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>This position is based&nbsp;in&nbsp;White Sands Missile Range, NM or Fort Bliss TX&nbsp;and is contingent upon contract award.&nbsp;Top Secret Clearance is&nbsp;required.</strong></p>

<h1><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h1>

<ul>

<li>Oversee the day-to-day administration of the contract and manage the relationship with the client&nbsp;</li>

<li>Plan, direct, and oversee execution of all task orders supporting the Army's Analysis Center’s analytical, engineering, modeling and simulation, scenario development, technical reports, and security support missions.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ensure deliverables, products, services, and personnel meet government needs and expectations&nbsp;</li>

<li>Participate in post-award conferences, coordination meetings, technical reviews, and periodic progress meetings.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Provide monthly contract progress briefings and written status reports&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).&nbsp;</li>

<li>Proactively&nbsp;identify&nbsp;risks, issues, and performance concerns and implement corrective actions in coordination with the Government.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Develop, implement, and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) ensuring all services and deliverables meet contract performance standards.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ensure&nbsp;timely,&nbsp;accurate, and compliant delivery of all contract outputs, including analytical products, reports, and program documentation.&nbsp;</li>

<h1><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></h1>

<ul>

<li>10&nbsp;years&nbsp;minimum&nbsp;experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>5 years of experience as a PM&nbsp;for contracts supporting the U.S. Army&nbsp;</li>

<li>5 years of experience in&nbsp;operations analysis, wargaming, and tools development&nbsp;</li>

<li>3 years as a U.S. Government contractor&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience creating stability and security for large teams&nbsp;</li>

<li>Top Secret Clearance&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</h3>

<ul>

<li>Service with the Army or another branch of the Military&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>10 years of PM experience&nbsp;</li>

<li>10 years of&nbsp;operations analysis, wargaming, and tools development&nbsp;</li>

<li>10 years of management experience, leading multi-disciplined teams of analysts, and other personnel&nbsp;</li>

<li>Demonstrated experience with risk mitigation planning&nbsp;</li>

<li>Strategic, big picture thinker&nbsp;</li>

<li>Familiarity supporting growth of the employer with U.S. Government contracts&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
