Dental Customer Support Representative

<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities &amp; Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for tracking, entering, and researching information in current systems</li><li>Prepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labels</li><li>Disinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety processes</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog</li><li>Assemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shipped</li><li>Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages for case entry</li><li>Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies</li><li>Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all shipping related activities, including routing internal drivers for package pickup and delivery</li><li>All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred</li><li>Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs</li><li>Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication</li><li>High attention to detail with the upmost accuracy is required</li><li>Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures</li><li>Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment.</li><li>Maintain clean equipment and work area</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.</li><li>Team Player a MUST</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li></ul>
