Responsibilities:

<li>Build, maintain, and monitor operational workflows and automations used across the business.</li>

<li>Develop and maintain data pipelines and system integrations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.</li>

<li>Design and implement automated checks and controls to identify errors and operational issues early.</li>

<li>Integrate data from multiple systems into a single, reliable source for reporting and analysis.</li>

<li>Monitor the performance, reliability, and health of workflows, automations, and integrations.</li>

<li>Document workflows, processes, and technical solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.</li>

<li>Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for automation initiatives.</li>

<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and data pipelines.</li>

<li>Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Experience with workflow automation and integration tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar, gained through professional, academic, or personal projects.</li>

<li>Good command of English, both written and verbal.</li>

<li>Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python scripting.</li>

<li>Working knowledge of REST APIs and integrating third party services.</li>

<li>Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, or data warehouses.</li>

<li>Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data.</li>

<li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail.</li>

<li>A responsible approach to handling confidential and sensitive information.</li>

<li>Exposure to data visualization or Business Intelligence (BI) tools, AI or Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, or experience working in a regulated financial services or operations environment will be considered an advantage.</li>
