<p>For over 50 years, we’ve proudly supported the first responders who protect our communities. Now, we’re looking for a&nbsp;driven, detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team and help keep fire apparatus fully equipped, in service, and ready to respond.</p>

<p>What You’ll Do</p>

<ul>

<li>Be the go-to resource for parts support for fire apparatus</li>

<li>Assist customers and technicians in person and over the phone</li>

<li>Quickly process parts orders, requests, and quotes</li>

<li>Keep inventory dialed in—order, receive, stock, and track parts</li>

<li>Manage returns, warranties, and vendor coordination</li>

<li>Ensure technicians get the right parts fast to minimize downtime</li>

<li>Maintain accurate repair orders and daily data entry</li>

<li>Coordinate urgent pickups and deliveries when needed</li>

<li>Help drive department efficiency and profitability</li>

</ul>

<p>What You Bring</p>

<ul>

<li>Experience in truck parts, fire apparatus, or heavy-duty equipment (required)</li>

<li>Strong customer service mindset and communication skills</li>

<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li>

<li>Comfortable with computer systems and data entry</li>

<li>Inventory or shipping/receiving experience is a plus</li>

<li>Clean driver’s license</li>
