Physical Therapist Assistant (Part-time)

<p>We are seeking a licensed <strong>Physical Therapist Assistant </strong>to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in <strong>Brookfield, Wisconsin</strong>. Our clinic integrates <strong>chiropractic </strong>and <strong>physical therapy services</strong> to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, delivering hands-on care, and supporting patients in achieving meaningful functional improvements. This is a <strong>part-time position</strong> with ability to grow into full-time.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide treatment to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist</li><li>Administer therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training activities</li><li>Perform manual therapy techniques as directed, including soft tissue work and mobility-based interventions</li><li>Assist with balance training, strengthening programs, and mobility progression</li><li>Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress to the supervising Physical Therapist</li><li>Document treatments accurately and in a timely manner within the EMR system</li><li>Educate patients on home exercise programs and reinforce care plans</li><li>Collaborate with remote Physical Therapist and in-clinic Chiropractors&nbsp;to support integrated patient care</li></ul><p>Hourly rate: $30.00-$45.00 based on experience</p>

<ul><li><strong>Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant license</strong> (required)</li><li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program</li><li><strong>Live in or around the Greater Milwaukee area and able to commute to Brookfield, WI clinic.</strong></li><li>Experience in outpatient orthopedics, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary settings preferred</li><li>Experience or interest in collaborating with Chiropractic Physicians a plus</li><li>Strong communication and patient engagement skills</li><li>Ability to follow plan of care and provide consistent, high-quality treatment</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
