Financial Accountant - Copenhagen Area

<p>As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial foundation that supports the company's continued commercial expansion. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will help ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient processes and reliable insights into company performance.</p><p>You will join a growing international company operating across multiple European markets. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p>• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records for one of the company's European entities</p><p>• Ensure accurate and timely postings in accordance with month-end closing procedures</p><p>• Perform bank reconciliations and manage supplier invoices and payments</p><p>• Handle employee expenses and corporate credit card reconciliations</p><p>• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities</p><p>• Support VAT, corporate tax, payroll and statutory reporting processes in collaboration with external advisors</p><p>• Contribute to the preparation of financial reporting and financial insights</p><p>• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems and controls</p><p>• Support the finance team with ad hoc accounting and financial tasks as the business continues to grow</p><p><strong>About You </strong></p><p>• You have solid experience within bookkeeping or accounting, ideally from an international environment</p><p>• You take ownership of your responsibilities and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work</p><p>• You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner</p><p>• You are proactive, positive and service-oriented in your approach</p><p>• You are curious and motivated to improve processes and ways of working</p><p>• You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
