Part-Time Dental Shipping/Receiving Clerk

<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities &amp; Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for tracking, entering, and researching information in current systems</p></li><li><p>Prepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labels</p></li><li><p>Disinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety processes</p></li><li><p>Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog</p></li><li><p>Assemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shipped</p></li><li><p>Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages for case entry</p></li><li><p>Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies</p></li><li><p>Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all shipping related activities, including routing internal drivers for package pickup and delivery</p></li><li><p>Occasional driving responsibilities, including making deliveries to local offices</p></li><li><p>All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required</p></li></ul>

<ul><li><p>Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred</p></li><li><p>Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail with the upmost accuracy is required</p></li><li><p>Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment.</p></li><li><p>Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.</p></li><li><p>Team Player a MUST</p></li><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required</p></li></ul>
