<li><strong>Hybrid work environment, 3 days on-site in Makati. 5 Days on-site are required during the initial training period and until achievement of KPI. WFH is permissible up to 2 days per week in non-training periods.</strong></li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<p>As an Associate on our Client Services team, you’ll take full ownership of projects that directly influence our clients’ strategic outcomes. From sourcing experts to managing fast-moving communications and coordinating logistics, you’ll operate as the key driver between client needs and insight delivery. This is a front-line, client-facing role for driven professionals who thrive on responsibility, urgency, and impact.</p>

<p>No two days are the same. One hour you might be supporting a consulting firm evaluating grocery eCommerce by sourcing a former Fortune 10 executive; the next, helping a hedge fund understand aviation trends by recruiting a European airline specialist—under deadline.</p>

<li>Own expert engagement from end to end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling</li>

<li>Speak directly with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones</li>

<li>Deliver on tight timelines across multiple fast-moving client workstreams</li>

<li>Understand business problems quickly and match them with relevant industry expertise</li>

<li>Drive outcomes through sound judgment, clear communication, and relentless follow-through</li>

<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (strong academic performance)</li>

<li>0–36 months of relevant professional or internship experience (client-facing role is a plus)</li>

<li>Outstanding communicator with strong business instincts; Demonstrated ability to conduct professional phone calls and write clear, concise emails to senior executives</li>

<li>Strong fluency in verbal and written English</li>

<li>Thrives in deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of results</li>

<li>Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable</li>

<li>Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship</li>

<p><strong>Recruitment Process</strong></p>

<p><strong>Step 1: Spark Hire Video Interview</strong><br>Candidates complete a video interview with pre-recorded questions. Submissions are reviewed for initial fit.</p>

<p><strong>Step 3: Case Study Interview (PH Managers)</strong><br>Candidates complete and present a case study. Evaluation focuses on problem-solving, communication, and role-specific skills.</p>
