<p>The Role: We are seeking a passionate Pediatric SLP to join our growing clinic team. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential communication skills and reach their full potential through:</p>

<li>Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.</li>
<li>Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based and play-based therapy.</li>
<li>Treating a variety of disorders, including articulation delays, language impairments, fluency, and social communication difficulties.</li>
<li>Engaging and educating families to support their child's development at home.</li>
</ul>

<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.</li>
<li>Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.</li>
<li>State Licensure: Valid and current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.</li>
<li>Skills: Excellent interpersonal and child engagement skills; knowledge of developmental milestones.</li>
<li>Setting: Experience in a pediatric clinic setting is preferred.</li>
