<p>What You'll Do</p>

<p>As an After School Teacher &amp; Driver, you'll help children transition from their school day into a fun, safe, and engaging afternoon program.</p>

<p>You'll:</p>

<ul>

<li>Safely transport children from local schools to Discovery Kidzone and scheduled activities</li>

<li>Drive a 14-passenger van or small bus while following all safety procedures</li>

<li>Supervise children and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment</li>

<li>Lead outdoor games, recreational activities, creative projects, and group experiences</li>

<li>Encourage teamwork, positive social interactions, independence, and confidence</li>

<li>Help children develop problem-solving and communication skills</li>

<li>Assist with snacks, restroom routines, transitions, and other daily needs</li>

<li>Communicate professionally with families and coworkers</li>

<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and vehicle environment</li>

<li>Collaborate with teachers and leadership to support successful daily program operations</li>

<p>What We're Looking For</p>

<p>We're looking for someone who is responsible, positive, and enjoys spending time with children.</p>

<p>You must:</p>

<ul>

<li>Be at least&nbsp;21 years old</li>

<li>Have a valid driver's license</li>

<li>Maintain a clean driving record</li>

<li>Be comfortable driving a 14-passenger van or small bus</li>

<li>Be comfortable actively participating in indoor and outdoor activities</li>

<li>Be dependable, patient, and calm in a busy environment</li>

<li>Have strong communication and teamwork skills</li>

<li>Have an interest in working with school-age children</li>

<li>Be willing to complete required Montana licensing and training requirements</li>

<li>Be CPR Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)</li>
