Laborer/Operator

<p>This position consists of a variety of duties that we desire each one of our team members to learn and contribute with.&nbsp;</p><p>These duties vary from stacking, sorting, palletizing, running equipment, feeding production lines, setting up equipment, etc.&nbsp; Forklift experience is certainly a plus in this job, although not required.&nbsp; If you have a clean driving record and would be able to drive a small delivery truck as needed, that would also be great.&nbsp; The more you can do, the more opportunity you have.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>If you can come in and show your ability to push production forward, the opportunity for growth in pay could be almost immediate.</p><p>This requires someone who is attentive to detail, can work in a safe manner and do It with a great attitude.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>This person must be able to work in a safe, efficient and effective manner.&nbsp; Someone who is competitive with themselves and desires to achieve an outcome and work to beat it is ideal for this job.&nbsp; The ability to work quickly and efficiently is a must.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>We dont need defrees or certifications.&nbsp; We need good people who can work hard and find value in creating, achieving goals, and building on success on a daily basis.</p>
