Get Licensed is a fast-paced technology business at heart (the majority of our team are developers or tech wizards), and we are at an exciting stage of our business, having tripled since 2020. We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow profitably revenue year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there. We're looking for someone who already has them and wants a bigger canvas.

What you will be doing

Edit raw footage into polished, finished videos across e-learning, social, podcast and ad formats

Work to project briefs and turn around revisions cleanly and quickly

Manage and organise project files, assets and exports to a standard someone else can pick up

Ensure every final deliverable meets our technical and creative standards before it leaves your timeline.

What we are looking for

A portfolio or showreel. Applications without one will not be considered.

3+ years of professional video editing experience

Strong proficiency in English, written and spoken

Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects - including tracking, masking, keying and compositing, not just presets and templates

Sound design and audio mixing ability: layering SFX, cutting music to picture, dialogue clean-up, and delivering to correct loudness targets

Colour grading beyond basic correction - matching shots, building and holding a look across a series

Demonstrable vertical short-form work: hook-led pacing, mobile-legible typography, safe-area discipline

Strong grasp of pacing, storytelling and edit rhythm

Meticulous attention to detail - no frame flashes, no drifting stills, no sloppy transitions

Ability to manage several projects at once and hit deadlines
Nice to have

Experience producing e-learning or instructional content

Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve

Tools we use - Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder), Frame.io, and a growing set of AI generation and post tools including Higgsfield & Google Flow. We're not asking you to be an expert in the AI stack - we're telling you it's part of the workflow here, and curiosity about it counts for something.
