<p>We’re looking for a reliable, self-managed technician who can handle a route, communicate with customers, and consistently deliver quality work.</p>

<p>This is not a role where you’re micromanaged. You’ll be trusted to manage your schedule, complete services correctly, and represent the company professionally.</p>

<p>If you’ve struggled with consistency, accountability, or working independently, this won’t be the right fit.</p>

<p><u>What You’ll Be Doing</u></p>

<ul>

<li>Perform inspections and identify pest activity</li>

<li>You will be the face of Anti-Pesto and first point of visual contact</li>

<li>Perform New Start Cleanouts&nbsp;</li>

<li>Apply treatments safely and effectively</li>

<li>Manage a partial service route and stay on schedule</li>

<li>Communicate clearly with customers about services and expectations</li>

<li>Maintain accurate service records and documentation</li>

<li>Keep your vehicle, equipment, and materials organized</li>

</ul>

<p><u>Requirements</u></p>

<ul>

<li>12+ months route work experience preferred (or a strong, verifiable work history)</li>

<li>Valid driver’s license with good driving record</li>

<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors</li>

<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>

</ul>

<li>$47,000 – $53,000+ (based on performance)</li>
