<p>Job Title: Childcare Associate</p>

<p>Hours Per Week: Tuesdays 9:00am - 5:00pm and/or Thursdays 9:00am - 1:00pm, and/or Thursdays 5:30 pm - 8:45 pm</p>

<p>This position reports to: JKids Director</p>

<p>The Mission: JKids exists to empower ALL kids to experience life in Jesus</p>

<p>Required: Background Check provided by Jubilee</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<p>A Heart to Serve and a Passion for Children</p>

<ul>

<li>The number one priority is the responsibility for the children in your care </li>

<li>Supervise and oversee the safety and security of children</li>

<li>Act as a positive role model and treat each child with dignity and respect</li>

<li>Engage the children in classroom activities which may include bible story time, crafts, worship songs, free play, games, or other age appropriate activities</li>

<li>Provide a clean and healthy environment for kids, following all safety policies and procedures</li>

<li>Reporting all concerns regarding child or parent behaviors to the&nbsp;JKids Director</li>

<li>Greet parents, establish trust and rapport by building relationships with the children in your care</li>

<li>Thoroughly clean and sanitize toys, chairs, tables and floors after use</li>

<p>Job Essentials:</p>

<ul>

<li>Christ Follower (As a religious organization, Jubilee Fellowship Church makes hiring decisions that are aligned to our faith and beliefs)</li>

<li>Previous experience working with children is preferred</li>

<li>Must be available to work flexible schedule, &nbsp;weekday shifts, and/or holiday shifts while maintaining good attendance and punctuality</li>

<li>A passion for caring for children who can relate well to both the kids and adults</li>

<li>Must be able to lift, hold and carry up to 30 lbs. </li>

<li>Ability to appropriately handle stressful situations<br></li>

<li>Promote Jubilee's values to Love God, Love People, Value Excellence, and Value Hard Work<br></li>
