<p>Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for the retail environment? Barrows is looking for a talented Junior Product Designer to join our team and help us deliver excellence in design integrity and shopper-centric solutions.</p>

<p>In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process, generating concepts that drive revenue and production opportunities while staying on strategy and within budget.</p>

<p>What You’ll Do:</p>

<ul>

<li>Concept Generation: Visualize innovative solutions for client presentations using both digital and analogue sketching.</li>

<li>Strategic Research: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor behavior to inform design decisions.</li>

<li>CAD Modeling &amp; Visualization: Utilize CREO for detailed modeling and 3D Studio Max to create high-polished, captivating renderings.</li>

<li>Collaborate &amp; Communicate: Work alongside Art Directors, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless project handovers and technical manufacturability.</li>

<li>Real-World Application: Conduct regular trade visits to gain insights and understand the physical challenges of the retail environment.</li>

</ul>

<p>What We’re Looking For:</p>

<ul>

<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience.</li>

<li>Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualization and rendering skills.</li>

<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in CREO and 3D Studio Max is essential.</li>

<li>Mindset: A proactive, hard-working team player who is adaptable to change and has a high level of emotional intelligence.</li>

<li>Communication: Ability to clearly communicate complex creative concepts and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.</li>
