We’re hiring a Research Associate to lead intelligence efforts that fuel our talent search strategies. This role blends deep research with tech-driven discovery, helping us map markets, identify top talent, and guide decision-making.

This role will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in understanding our talent pool and search landscape.

Responsibilities

- Tech-Enhanced Discovery: Use our current tools—and experiment with new AI solutions—to make research faster, smarter, and more efficient.

- Strategic Profile Development: Build out our candidate profiles and ensure our systems are up to date with information that drives outreach.

- Translating Data into Impact: Turn research and conversations into clear insights that help guide our next moves.

- Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping: Research startups and clinical organizations to aid in effective sourcing

- Engaging the Market: Connect directly with potential candidates and industry insiders to help us find the right fit and stay in the know.

- Cultivating Relationships: Represent our firm, build trusted relationships that can grow into valuable partnerships over time

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)

- 2-4 years in a research-heavy role (e.g. talent acquisition, market research, competitive intelligence)

- High attention to detail and data accuracy

- Naturally curious, analytical, and solutions-oriented

- Self-motivated and proactive with strong follow-through

- Collaborative, accountable, and results-driven
