<p>In this rewarding role, you'll:<br>• Supervise visits between parents and children to help ensure child safety.<br>• Coach parents on positive parenting techniques and effective behavior management strategies.<br>• Provide parent education that builds confidence and strengthens family relationships.<br>• Assist parents in connecting with community resources, locating housing, exploring employment opportunities, and developing skills for long-term success.<br>• Be a positive influence in helping families achieve lasting change.</p>
