<p>&nbsp;We are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a highly motivated and effective&nbsp;Senior&nbsp;Business Analyst to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) Business Management Support Services contract. The&nbsp;Senior&nbsp;Business Analyst will&nbsp;leverage&nbsp;strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, draw insights, and&nbsp;identify&nbsp;patterns that inform decision-making across the program. This role requires&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software to deliver actionable findings to stakeholders.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Analyze complex data sets to interpret trends, draw insights, and&nbsp;identify&nbsp;patterns that support strategic decision-making.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Prepare and present clear, concise written and verbal reports conveying analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Utilize data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software to support program&nbsp;objectives.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Identify&nbsp;root causes of business issues and develop effective, data-driven solutions.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Apply business acumen to understand business operations, financial principles, and industry dynamics relevant to the ASBP mission.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Build and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, effectively managing expectations throughout engagements.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li>Support the development and improvement of business processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any general business degree field.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Minimum experience: Three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst (Senior) working with DoD military and/or civilian customers.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and&nbsp;identify&nbsp;patterns.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Proficiency&nbsp;in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying findings to stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;root causes and develop effective solutions.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li>Understanding of&nbsp;business operations, financial principles, and industry dynamics.&nbsp;</li>
